BONSERNEWS.com – PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) closed counters for ordering Special Rental Transportation (ASK) at Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Soetta), Tangerang starting July 1, 2023.
That way, online taxi orders can only be made independently by passengers through the application.
“All special rental transport ticket sales are no longer through the Sales Counter. Passengers can order independently through applications such as Grab, GoCar, Maxim and My BB,” said Executive General Manager of Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Dwi Ananda.

Dwi Ananda said this change was made to improve service and convenience for passengers.
The payment process that can be done online means passengers don’t have to bother providing cash.
“This change is one of the things that are expected to make it easier for passengers and provide a sense of comfort when arriving at the airport. That way passengers no longer need to see the Sales Counter and can order directly through the application,” he said.

Even so, the public was asked not to worry about this change in service.
This is because during the digitization process, there will be airport officers who are ready to help service users if they need help or assistance.
The changes that occurred at Soekarno-Hatta Airport were the company’s efforts to innovate, which is known as the CGK Transformation.
“We continue to promote innovation because it is in line with the changes being made by the company, namely the CGK Transformation. The CGK Transformation has 5 pillars which include the following points: Ax (Airport Expression), Bx (Bussines Excellent), Cx (Customer Experience), Dx (Digital Exploration), and Ex (Enroute Expansion),” concluded Dwi Ananda.()
