Prosecutor Officially Charges Johnny G Plate with Financial Losses of Up to IDR 8 Trillion, See Full Review

BONSERNEWS.com – The Public Prosecutor (JPU) at the Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung) accused the non-active Minister of Communication and Information (Menkominfo) Johnny G Plate of having caused state finances of IDR 8.032 trillion.

In this case, Johnny G Plate became a defendant along with Main Director of Bakti Kominfo, Anang Achmad Latif and 2020 University of Indonesia Human Development Expert (HUDEV), Yohan Suryanto.
Then, the Main Director of PT Mora Telematics Indonesia, Gauntung Menak Simanjuntak; Account Director of Integrated Account Department of PT Huawei Tech Investment, Mukti Ali, Commissioner of PT Solitech Media Sinergy, Irwan Hermawan.
The total amount of the loss was obtained from the report on the results of an audit on the calculation of state losses from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

Then, 2020 University of Indonesia Human Development Expert (HUDEV) Yohan Suryanto received IDR 453,608,400.
Furthermore, Windi Purnama, who is Irwan Hermawan’s confidant, received IDR 500,000,000.
