Dito Ariotedjo as Menpora Prepares to Be Examined Regarding the BTS Case, See the Full Explanatory Review

BONSERNEWS.com – The Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia will examine the Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Ario Bimo Nandito Ariotedjo alias Dito Ariotedjo regarding the alleged corruption case for the 4G Base Transceiver Station (BTS) infrastructure provision project and supporting infrastructure packages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 BAKTI Kominfo Year 2020-2022 on Monday (3/7/2023) tomorrow.

Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia Febrie Ardiansyah said Dito was being examined with the status of a witness.

“It was correct to check on Monday,” Febrie said briefly. In the minutes of investigation or BAP of the suspect Irwan, Dito Ariotedjo is said to have also received IDR 27 billion in funds from the BAKTI Kominfo BTS project.

The giving of tens of billions of money was carried out in the period from November to December 2022.

Irwan as Commissioner of PT Solitech Media Sinergy plans to have his first trial at the Jakarta Corruption Court (Tipikor) on Tuesday (4/7/2023) the day after tomorrow.

The trial was held at the same time as the two other suspects, Gahole Menak as the Main Director of PT Mora Telematics Indonesia and Mukti Ali as the Account Director of the Integrated Account Department of PT Huawei Tech Investment.

The other three defendants; namely Johnny G Plate as the former Minister of Communication and Informatics (Menkominfo), Anang Achmad Latif as the former Main Director (Director) of BAKTI Kominfo, and Yohan Suryanto as a Human Development Expert (HUDEV) at the University of Indonesia in 2020 who have already had their first trial at the Court Corruption Eradication Commission in Jakarta on Tuesday (27/6/2023).

The three were charged with Article 2 Paragraph (1) Subsidiary Article 3 Juncto Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication Corruption Crime Juncto Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1st Criminal Code.()
