BONSERNEWS.com – The Corruption Eradication Commission or KPK detained Supreme Court Secretary (MA) Hasbi Hasan in connection with the alleged bribery case in the handling of the Intidana Savings and Credit Cooperative (KSP) case at MA.
“In the interest of investigations, investigators detained the suspect HH (Hasbi Hasan) for the next 20 days at the KPK Detention Center at the Red and White Building,” said KPK chairman Firli Bahuri.
Hasbi Hasan was detained for the first 20 days, from 12 July to 31 July 2023 at the KPK Detention Center at the Merah Putih Building, Jakarta.

After being examined at the KPK’s Red and White Building for approximately 5 hours from 10.30 WIB to 16.30 WIB.
Hasbi Hasa came out handcuffed and wearing an orange vest.

Hasbi Hasan was born in Menggala, Bandar Lampung, on May 22, 1967.
He is the eldest of seven siblings and comes from Lampung.
He studied at the Modern Gontor Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes).
Before continuing his undergraduate studies at IAIN Raden Intan Lampung and the College of Law at the Jakarta Institute of Business Law and Management (IBLAM).
Hasbi Hasan completed his Masters (S2) studies at the STIH IBLAM Jakarta Postgraduate Program with a focus on Business Law, and earned his Doctoral degree at the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Postgraduate Program.
On October 1, 2021, Hasbi Hasan reached the pinnacle of his career and academic achievements by being appointed as a Professor (Professor) in the field of Justice and Sharia Economics at the Faculty of Law, University of Lampung.
