BONSERNEWS.com – The former Head of the Propam Polri division, Ferdy Sambo, is awaiting the cassation decision submitted to the Supreme Court (MA).
This is related to the death sentence for the premeditated murder of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier Yosua.
Currently, Ferdy Sambo is known to be serving his sentence at the Mako Mobile Brigade Prison, Kelapa Dua, Depok.

In the midst of his detention, a photo emerged showing Ferdy Sambo in the house. Not in a prison.
The photo was uploaded directly by Selebgram Akbar Pera Baharudin through his Instagram account @ajudan_pribadi.
In the uploaded photo, you can see Ferdy Sambo, who is wearing a black shirt, looking down.

Meanwhile, the Personal Adjutant personally wrote a caption in the photo upload which reads ‘After the incident he went straight to the house to give encouragement’.
It is not known for certain, the purpose of the photo caption written by the Personal Adjutant.
Whether the incident in question was the murder of Brigadier Joshua or not.
Regarding the photo, Ferdy Sambo’s lawyer, Arman Hanis, also opened his voice.
Arman Hanis denied that his client was at his house.
He said the photo was taken before Ferdy Sambo was arrested for the premeditated murder of Brigadier Yosua.
