The Pancasila Defenders Advocate Forum (FAPP) reported the leadership of the Al Zaytun Panji Gumilang Islamic Boarding School to Bareskrim for alleged blasphemy.
Since then, Bareskrim has acted by processing incoming police reports (LP). The police began to examine the reporting witnesses to expert witnesses.
However, after the first report appeared, other parties joined in making an LP to the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit.
Reporting action related to the Al Zaytun Islamic Boarding School also occurred.
The founder of the Islamic State of Indonesia (NII) Crisis Center Ken Setiawan reported the leadership of Al Zaytun Panji Gumilang Islamic Boarding School to Bareskrim Polri for alleged blasphemy.
Ken’s report was registered in a police report (LP) numbered LP/B/169/VI/2023/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI dated June 27 2023. Panji is said to have allegedly violated Article 156 A of the Criminal Code concerning Blasphemy of Religion.
