For information, Mario Dandy was charged with the first charge: Article 355 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Subsidiary Criminal Code Article 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.
Or the second indictment: Article 76 c jucto article 50 paragraph 2 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection junto Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code.

While Shane Lukas was charged with the first charge: Article 355 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code Subsidiary Article 353 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
Or the second indictment: Article 355 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the 2nd Criminal Code Subsidiary Article 353 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the 2nd Criminal Code.
Or the third indictment: Article 76 C in conjunction with Article 80 paragraph (2) of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
From the first primary indictment, namely Article 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, both of them are practically threatened with imprisonment for 12 years.
“Severe maltreatment which is carried out with premeditation, is punishable by imprisonment for a maximum of twelve years,” as stated in 355 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
